Breathe regularly and deeply, relax and gaze at the picture as you meditate.

One of the best and easiest ways to meditate is to accept your daily activities as good and worthwhile things to do. When you are washing up after a meal, be strongly centered in the work you do. Concentrate on your every movement and on your breathing as you do your work. Use the time you walk during the day. Walking meditation is very effective. Are you chopping vegetables for the evening meal? Are you spading up a piece of land to make a garden? Appreciate the work and your healthy body.. Labor is a noble and necessary activity. Enjoy that labor. This is a very Zen way of meditating. A Zen sage said, “"Before enlightenment, chopping logs and carrying water; after enlightenment, chopping logs and carrying water."””Do you like Zen koans?
