Breathe regularly and deeply, relax and gaze at the picture as you meditate.

 

 

Use affirmations as a way of changing your life for the better.  Want to lose weight?  See yourself thin and repeat a positive affirmation, such as "Everyday I get thinner and healthier."  Say it as if you really have already achieved what you seek.  "Every day I am better and better."  Keep these statements positive.  You can't tell yourself to stop a habit, it doesn't work that way.  Just substitute a new habit for the old and use an affirmation.  Repeating an affirmation in meditation is very effective.  "I love walking every day and I am getting stronger and healthier with every walk."  "I am open to a rich flow of divine ideas that prosper my life.  God has created a powerful, regenerating universe."  Learn how to use affirmations.
