Color Meditation
Colors mean different things to different people. There are the modern psychologists who study the effects colors have on our emotions. There are the ancient healers who used colors for healing and the Hindus taught us about the chakras, which vibrate to a particular color. Then there is the candle magick of the pagan. Here the color of the candle is significant to the purpose of the ritual. Choose your color as you believe, and choose the picture you prefer, then click and go to that page, where you will find a graphic to gaze at, and music to choose or not that might enhance your meditation experience.
