Breathe regularly and deeply, relax and gaze at the picture as you meditate.

 

 

Prepare as you would for meditation.
See yourself slowly walking by the seashore.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your face,
soothing and nurturing you.
Feel a gentle breeze, that spirals around you, lifting
your burdens and taking you to a place of enlightenment.
Listen to the sounds of the ocean
telling of the ecological changes on the planet.
Hear the sounds of the dolphins,
that beckon to you.
Slowly walk into the water.
Feel it encompass your physical body, creating healing.
Your body belongs to the sea.
Your soul returns to the sea.
Swim to the dolphins.
