Breathe regularly and deeply, relax and gaze at the picture as you meditate.

If you feel any danger, make yourself a bubble of white light to protect you. I have used this successfully on many occasions, especially when driving old cars at night, and afraid I might get stranded. Just find the source within you of your white light. Usually it comes from the solar plexus, or the heart chakra. Let the light grow until it is big enough to surround you. Now know that you are safe. Nothing can hurt you in your bubble of white light. If necessary, surround your whole auto or even your house in white light. Diane Ahlquist is the expert on protective white light.
