ORANGE MANDALA
Breathe regularly and deeply, relax and gaze at the picture as you meditate.

Angry with someone? Try changing heads with them. Relax and breathe deeply and regularly. Imagine the person you are angry at sitting in a chair opposite you. Now imagine that you reach over and exchange heads with that person. Now, since you are wearing the other person’s head, you can feel as they feel, and they can feel as you feel. It should be a simple thing to have a conversation to resolve differences. Go ahead and talk to the person. You will find that you will compromise and that your friend has also decided to give a little next time you meet. Many stalemates have been resolved using this little exercise.
