Breathe regularly and deeply, relax and gaze at the picture as you meditate.

Meditation is much easier than many believe. It is just returning your mind to a state it is quite familiar with. That half-awake but very-aware feeling you have when you are daydreaming or very much involved in something you are focusing on, like a television show or a computer game. It is also that last easy relaxed state just before you drop off into sleep. There is no trance needed for meditation, just relax and focus. Concentrate your attention on the picture above. Study it in depth. Fractals are mathematical graphics that reproduce themselves over and over, smaller and smaller. Perhaps creation is of this sort of process.
