Breathe regularly and deeply, relax and gaze at the picture as you meditate.

 

There are several ways to achieve the focus you need for meditation.  One of these ways is to pay very close attention to your breathing.  Breathe deeply into your abdomen, filling the bottom part of your lungs first.  Then exhale, releasing the air from the top of the lungs first, and finally expelling all the air from down deep in your lungs.  Observe the passage of the air as it goes past your nose and into your throat and lungs.  Picture the breath as bringing life and energy into your body by way of your lungs.
